I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MN, WI, & AZ) who focuses on sexual health and wellness. With over 10 years of experience in this particular area as well as more than 20 years of experience in mental health overall, I have successfully assisted people in navigating relationships and in regaining a positive sense of self through feeling supported and affirmed. I am trained in and utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with many clients to assist in addressing underlying negative beliefs that stand in the way of a client's progress.

Although I work with people from many backgrounds, I specialize in working with people in the LGBTQIA+ community as well as people in alternative sexual lifestyles, including the BDSM and kink communities, and those who fall under the non-monogamy umbrella. Additionally, I work with people who have committed sexual offenses as they work to lead law-abiding, fulfilling lives. This may include psychosexual evaluations and/or treatment.

Brynne Pass (they/she) is a nonbinary Marriage and Family Therapy intern. Brynne seeks to provide equitable access to therapeutic work in relationships with others, such as personal growth and recovery practices. Brynne offers services from a systems perspective that suggests many mental health symptoms arise from the complex nature of relating to others. They have identified the benefits of therapy in their own life and relationships and want to collaborate with clients to experience these benefits too. They believe that anyone can benefit from therapy with an open mind and goal setting.
Brynne also works with people from various backgrounds, including people in the LGBTQIA+, kink, and nonmonogamous communities. They are being supervised by Shelley Rorvick, LMFT.
